Sergio Rocca, the brand's architect, interior designer and creative talent, is personally involved in all stages of design and construction, and serves as the client's main point of reference on all matters concerning the project.

Each design is hand-drafted and developed on the basis of personal input from the client. The client is subsequently presented with the completed design in digital format, allowing for views from various perspectives and finely detailed 3D close-ups.

Each completed design is accompanied by an itemized estimate for 'turnkey' delivery of the constructed building.
